ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

The Union Bank Management Trainee Programme is a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare high-performing young talents into becoming well-rounded bankers and the future leaders of the Bank.

At Union Bank, we are building a team of multifaceted and extraordinary individuals who are fully prepared  and equipped to take on new challenges, make an impact, and work across the different aspects of the business.

Our Graduate Trainee Programme has been designed to give graduates the opportunity to learn technical and soft skills from a world-class organisation through series of training and vital on-the-job experience via the following pathways:

Requirements for the Management Trainee Programme

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of second-class lower division, or an HND with at least a lower credit
• Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• Maximum age of 27 years at the time of application
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.

Requirements for the Tech Bootcamp Programme

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a related field, or possession of a relevant professional IT certification.
• Minimum academic qualification of second-class lower division from a recognised university, or an HND with at least a lower credit.
• A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings
• Must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
• NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption
