Our Management Trainee Program is more than a career starting point; it’s your personal invitation to Unbottle Your Magic and step boldly into the career you’ve always imagined. Over 18 months you’ll work on real projects, learn from senior leaders, and build real confidence as you turn potential into impact.

We know that starting out and choosing an area of interest can feel a bit unclear at first, to make this easier, we are opening up opportunities in three exciting business areas (Commercial, Supply Chain & Support) each designed to shape you into a well‑rounded, business‑savvy professional ready to create, innovate, and lead with purpose.

We are looking for graduates who are ready to grow, challenge themselves and build a long-term career with us, with the aim to grow into Leadership positions.

You might be a great fit if you are:

• A graduate with 1–3 years of post-NYSC experience
• Curious, eager to learn and committed to continuous development
• Motivated to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Strong academic record
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Choose your path

You will be able to choose from one of the three pathways: Support Functions Management Trainee, Commercial Functions Management Trainee, Supply Chain Management Trainee
