Akobundu Ezimah is a member of the Board of Trustees, ITET GEM Foundation. An Environmental Engineer and Sustainability Champion, Akobundu started off in the Public service space with Nigeria Immigration Service before moving into the Professional Services space working with PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria.
He worked with the Consumer Industrial Products & Services, transitioned to the Technology, Information, Communication and Entertainment Companies Practice before moving unto the Government and Public Sector Consulting Practice where he was directly involved in driving policies and initiatives with far reaching positive impacts on Nigeria’s Health sector.
He currently works as a Compliance Specialist at Management Sciences for Health, Nigeria where he leads policy formulation on the Health System Strengthening Intervention in Nigeria.
With a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Water Resource Engineering from University of Maiduguri, Akobundu joined the ITET Foundation stemming from his believe in creating the future we seek through youth empowerment with no better way to demonstrate this than supporting initiatives aimed at promoting qualitative education through its actionable plans and commitments. He has led several initiatives aimed at allround transformation of youths at various levels and the ITET GEM Foundation affords another opportunity to actualise this vision.
