Stephen Dare-Owonibi is an interdisciplinary professional with a background in geoscience and an evolving career in corporate strategy. He holds a degree in Applied Geophysics from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, where he was recognized with multiple merit-based Awards/scholarships for his academic excellence and analytical aptitude. These include the Paul Kayode Joash “Peoples” Foundation Scholarship, the Best Presentation Award at NEPL (NNPC) Energy Week (2018), the DevCareer Scholarship (UK-Nigeria Tech Hub Partnership), the Google Africa Developer Scholarship, among others. His early interests centered on the natural resource and energy sectors, laying a strong intellectual foundation for his transition into strategy.

Currently a Strategy Analyst at Dangote Industries Limited, Stephen applies structured problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness across the Group’s industrial portfolio. His expertise lies at the intersection of scientific reasoning and enterprise transformation.
